Our livelihood is Horses and building
Custom Western Tack here in Wyoming. We have been
raising Half Draft horses since the mid 70’s, crossing Percheron
on Thoroughbred, Quarter and Fox Trotter. Creating
some of the very finest Warm blood horses in the west for
mountain and trail riding, pleasure riding and ranch work. These
horses have tremendous endurance, fast walks and gentle dispositions,
with enough fire to get any job done and work day after day without
saddle sores or lame legs or big joints. Most of these horses mature
to 15.2 – 16.3 hands and weigh from 1200 – 1550 pounds. In the summer
we lease a number of our horses to outfitters, Guest Ranches,
Concession rides, Ranchers and individuals.
These horses are proven gentle and sound, capable of doing the job.
We lease to Outfitters and individuals in the fall
for BigGame Hunting activities.
We build most Western Tack to order, but have a few
custom saddles, breast collars, bridles, reins, latigos,packsaddles, and panniers, lash chinch and
chinks on hand most of the time. We repair all tack: sheep
linings, strings, cover horns, new stirrup leathers, quick-change
buckles and oil and condition. Also harness repair and hot oil.
